This moment is all there is. This is the main event. This is the beloved. But not only that, there’s nowhere to go. Nothing to become. Everything is already perfect and in its place. This moment, this experience, this life—it’s just for fun. It’s just for our cosmic entertainment.

Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck because it’s just for my entertainment! Why would I get wrapped up in the drama of my person when it’s just a movie I’m watching??”

Breathe in and relax because there’s no point!
Breathe out and let this be your permission slip to enjoy your life exactly the way it is.

You don’t have to give a fuck about anything. It just doesn’t matter. But if you’re still seeking or want an attitude adjustment, thank you will always work!

And to all of my personal concerns like what time things happen, how much money I have, do people like me—to all of those thoughts that are trying to control in my head and have no bearing on reality whatsoever—to those thoughts I say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Then you can be grateful for this moment because you’re not stuck in your head worrying about the future, resenting things from the past. You’re just here enjoying the cosmic entertainment. Everything in your life, just look at it as, “Ahh, this is some cosmic entertainment!”

Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Yes! I am aware. Pure awareness is what you really are. It’s untouched by the drama of personhood. It’s untouched by what happens. By your fears, by your hopes. Pure awareness just IS. It’s perfect. It’s who you are and you can rest there all the time.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am now free from the ups and downs of life. I am free from judging. I am free from worrying. I am just aware that this is my cosmic entertainment.
