Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! Today you are going to learn how to feel joyful just because you are alive! Rejoice at being alive! Know how you do that? You step away from your thoughts.

Breathe in and step away from your thoughts!
Breathe out and relax. You’re about to discover the way to enjoy being alive without all the drama of the mind!

Lately, I’ve been really into Nichiren Buddhism, which teaches the use of the mantra, Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Tina Turner does this. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo means devotion to the mystic law of the lotus sutra. It means to devote yourself to the way life is. It means that we can lessen our suffering, by noticing we are whole, we are one with life, we are one with the universe. Nothing bad is happening to us. It’s all in our favor. All the mud is leading to the blooming of the lotus flower in our lives. So in Nichiren Buddhism, they practice this mantra of Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.

When you chant this mantra, you’re not thinking. You’re getting out of your own way. It puts you in tune with the rhythm of life. It helps you see all the contrast or problems creates all the solutions and answers. So today I devote myself to the mystic law of the lotus sutra. I suggest you do the same ;-)

You can watch Youtubes of people chanting. Today I offer my own version of chanting this Buddhist mantra, which if you can devote your attention to, unwaveringly, singular focus, you will find your problems solved! It goes a little something like this:

Nam Myoho Renge Kyo…

Can you feel your singular focus condensing? Putting your attention on this mantra—you don’t have to believe in or research Buddhism. You don’t have to learn everything about it to put it into practice. It’s just a mantra that gets your attention off of your thoughts, off of your problems, and places it on the great mystery of life. The law of cause and effect. Put your attention on that love where you came from. Ask yourself about your problems, “Did love make those problems?” No? Then they’re not real. You are free to put your attention on Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Allow yourself to devote yourself to this mantra. It doesn’t have to mean much. Just doing anything but thinking about your problems will help your problems turn into answers.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
