Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your shoulders.
Breathe in and smile because life isn’t serious!
Breathe out and let go of your worries. Let go of any thoughts that aren’t about right now.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender.
Surrender those worries. Surrender those fears. Surrender those preferences.
Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and focus on what you want!
Ask yourself, “What do I want today?” I just want to enjoy my life. I want to be in a good mood and enjoy what I do. I want to live this day like I might die tomorrow. I want to live this day like I’m in love. I want to feel in love today! What do you want?
Breathe in and think about what you want!
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to get it!
I want to be so in love with myself. I want to wake up feeling so excited to be me. I want to go to sleep excited about my ideas and the direction my life is going. I just want to be so into myself! I want to be madly in love with myself! What do you want today?
Breathe in and focus on loving yourself.
Breathe out and feel what it feels like to love yourself today.
What does it feel like when you say, “I love myself”? I love myself. I love myself. To me, it feels like I’m trying a little too hard. And like I’m kind of forcing it. But, I can push through those feelings that the ego is telling me, that my mind is resisting, and I can just keep feeling the feeling of love. I love myself. I love myself. I love how hard I try. I love that sometimes I force things. I love that I care so much about loving myself that I have to make this video about it. I love that loving myself is so important to me that I have to constantly wonder if I’m loving myself or not!
Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”
Even if it feels forced, even if it doesn’t feel quite right, even if you don’t quite believe it, keep practicing. Over time it adds up. Your thoughts are creating your reality and if you say, “I love myself,” enough times, you’ll eventually start believing it. You’ll start finding reasons why you do actually love yourself.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!
Even if you can’t love yourself, even if it feels too fake, then we can just use some emotional freedom technique and get to the root.
Even though loving myself seems fake and forced, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself. Even though I’m doubting the quality of this recording, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself. Even though I put so much pressure on myself to make quality content, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself. Even though I spend a lot of time criticizing myself, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!
Make this your focus today. Let your life be fun and easy. The more you love yourself, the more life loves you, the more you see evidence that you are loved. Give yourself the love you want and you’ll see it reflected today, and your life will be so much easier!
