Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Welcome back! Welcome to the best day of your life! Welcome to the present moment, where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!
You don’t have to try to change. You don’t have to DO. You can just relax and enjoy being, right here, right now.
Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of your expectations. Let go of thinking things need to be a certain way.
Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and just say thank you for what is.
When there are things happening that you don’t like, just say thank you. Slowly over time it will be revealed to you why you actually do like them.
Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
Sometimes saying thank you to the things we don’t want is a challenge. We don’t want to do that and it’s hard to get in the feeling place of gratitude when you’re experiencing what you don’t want.
Breathe in and relax!
Breathe out and open up to solutions.
When you’re experiencing what you don’t want, allow yourself to enter the perspective of the witness—your consciousness, your awareness. God. Source energy. Let yourself become the divine presence I AM.
Breathe in and say I
Breathe out and say AM
Say this when you’re looking at something you don’t want. When you’re faced with something you’re resisting, or trying to pull away from or turn away from, go back to

You are infinite. You are god. You are it all. You are the things you like and you are the things you don’t like. You are big enough to hold it all.

When you notice that you don’t like something, you don’t have to force yourself to like it and you don’t have to force yourself to try to manifest the opposite. You can just embrace and accept it with

Your life can’t be all things you like. And when you look at the things you don’t like, and you embrace them with I AM, you can grow to love them and be at peace with them and see how the things you don’t like, define the things you do like. You can’t have one without the other.

Let this mantra calm you down and help you remember that you are the divine. And you know what? The divine doesn’t like and dislike. The divine just is. You can get back to that perspective—that peaceful, joyful, loving perspective—with I AM

When you let yourself use this mantra when you’re looking at the thing you’re resisting, it helps you look with curiosity at the thing that previously you had to turn away from. When you turn away from something you actually turn towards it. When you’re resisting, it’s persisting. So when you allow yourself to slow down and look with curiosity at that thing you don’t like, that you can’t get away from, you start to understand it. You start to see why it’s there. And yes, you start to love it.
Breathe in and say I
Breathe out and say AM
Let this be your mantra today.

You can apply it to everything. You have a headache?
I

Someone’s annoying you?

You are the source. You are the source that’s creating what you’re experiencing. When you slow down and start looking with curiosity instead of resistance, your reality will reflect your own inner peace. The things you don’t like will fade away into the background. You’ll forget you ever disliked them until you get lazy with your mantra and you’ll start disliking again. But when that happens, just go back to I AM. Transcend duality. Remember you’re the creator and everything is perfect and in its place. You trust the process of life. It’s going to be ok!
Breathe in and say I
Breathe out and say AM
You don’t have to fix anyone. You’re already doing your best. It’s ok to relax. You can let go of control. You can let life be the way it is, without trying to change it or resist it or control it. Then life will relax too. The knots will work themselves out. It’s up to you. You’re the creator.
