It always comes when you’re relaxed. Today as you go about your day, if you catch yourself feeling uptight or trying to control, trying to make things happen, trying to be on time, trying to orchestrate all the moving parts—if you find yourself in that place today, decide to just to leave it up to chance.

Breathe in and leave it up to chance today!
Breathe out and surrender that control.

You can never make things happen like life can. Life always takes care of life. Life will always give you the rendezvous that you want, the perfect timing, the miracles, the synchronicities. All of this is coming to you right now. But if you’re trying to control or time master or get all the moving parts working at the same time, it’s going to be hard to see those synchronicities, because you’re so focused on your mental activity. But today you can let all of that go and just decide: leave it up to chance.

Breathe in and leave it up to chance today.
Breathe out and know: when you leave it up to chance, you’re leaving it up to god. You’re leaving it up to life to give you those synchronicities, those perfect timing miracles, the things you can never make happen. You can never plan them yourself. All of the best things in your life have happened to you without your planning them, without your control. They came to you as a surprise. Today let all of the best things in life come to you spontaneously. As a surprise. A gift.

Breathing in I am leaving it up to chance today!
Breathing out I am letting go of control today!

Your control is letting go. And if you have a hard time letting go of control in your life, just say to yourself: I’m leaving it up to chance. And feel your body relax. Feel your insides untwist. And remember it always comes when you’re relaxed.
