Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body.
Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you have come!
In this moment, you are perfect. In this moment, you are god in human form. In this moment is where your power lies.
Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious
Breathe out and surrender your preferences
You don’t need things to go a certain way to be happy. You only need some distance from your thoughts.
Breathe in and observe your thoughts
Breathe out and ask yourself: “Who am I, observing my thoughts? Who is it that’s observing my thoughts?”
Breathe in and be the observer
Breathe out and wake up in the dream
Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and feel your power coming back to you
Sometimes it can seem complicated: How do we get distance from our thoughts? How do we stop thinking? If only our thoughts make us feel bad, how do we get away form them? Well, it’s really easy because you have this thing called your breath with you at all times. If you keep your attention on your breath, your attention is in the present moment, where you’re breathing. You have something to focus on other than your wild, wild thoughts.
Breathe in and notice your breath
Breathe out and feel your breath slowing down
Breathe in and feel relaxed
Breathe out and feel yourself returning to your calm center
Throughout your day, you can keep returning to your breath to get distance from your thoughts, to take a break from anger, irritation, disappointment, boredom.
Breathe in and know the answers are in your breath
Breathe out and feel relief because it’s all written in the breath
When you focus on your breath, you transcend thought. You’re able to see that thought is just a tool. It’s something you can put down. When you focus on your breath, you remember the mystery. You remember your power. You remember the joy of being alive.
Breathe in and feel calm and centered
Breathe out and smile. Life is so much simpler than our mind wants it to be.
As you go about your day, let this be your mantra:
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
Let yourself believe that conscious breathing really will help you. It really does hold the answer. Don’t you just love that idea, that it’s all written in the breath?
All of life is a reflection of the breath, in and out. Off and on. Life and death. Your breath represents the duality and when you focus on it, that duality becomes oneness.
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
You can’t have one without the other.
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
Let this mantra focus your attention. Let it lift your mood. Decide to put your faith and trust in your own breath today. Any time you need some distance from your thoughts:
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
Your natural state is feeling good. When you step away from your thoughts into the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
