Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!
Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!
Let your body relax.
Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and let go.
Let go of your thoughts. Let go of your worries, your anxieties and your fears. Decide to step into this present moment, right here, right now, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
Breathe in and open up!
Breathe out and let go of your doubts.
Today, instead of focusing on fixing problems, we’re going to focus on succeeding! Today, instead of trying to find miracles for things that are going wrong, we’re going to create miracles for things you didn’t even know how well they were going!
Breathe in and open up to miracles!
Breathe out and let go of your awareness about problems or things going wrong. Let go of your stress.
Today we’re focused on making miracles that are good, that are positive, that aren’t just miracles that you need when something goes wrong. Today we’re going to make miracles of things going right!
Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
The easiest way to make miracles, to be a match to miracles, that I know of is to chant, “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.” This is a Nichiren Buddhist mantra or affirmation. And it means, “I devote myself to the mystic law of cause and effect.” (That’s one translation.) What this means is that, your thoughts create your reality. Each thought creates an outcome. And when you chant “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,” it’s the highest thought you can think which creates the most miraculous outcome you can imagine. Or beyond your imagination!
Breathe in and decide to chant today!
Breathe out and just relax. This chant will bring you miracles and you don’t have to use it just when you’re in trouble. You can do it when things are going well, and you’ll open yourself up to leveling up, to good miracles! Instead of just scarping by through life, instead of just narrowly avoiding disaster all the time. Instead of just meditating when things are messed up in your life, you can chant when things are going well, and you can create more and more success for yourself!
Breathe in and say yes!
Breahte out and say thank you!
“Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” is a way to stay in the flow. It’s a way to keep the wheels spinning. It’s a way to get out of your own way. Now, let’s chant for a little bit right now, and then today your homework is to chant “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” as often as you can possibly remember. Just say it to yourself or out loud at any idle moment. And do it especially when you’re already feeling fine.
Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. And so on and so forth! Devote yourself for the mystic law of cause and effect today. You believe your thoughts create your reality, now, let’s go with the thousands or however many people practice Nichiren Buddhism—all of this belief that all of these people have in this chant, adds to your own success. If you can believe that this mantra just might work for you, you will experience so many miracles. And not just fixing problems, but creating real success for yourself!
Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
Now go chant. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.
