You might think you’ll feel better when you get that thing you want, but you can choose to feel better right now and then that thing you want will come!

First you become it, then you see it. First you feel as good as you would if you had the thing you want, then it comes! And you don’t need it, because you already feel good.

How can you feel good today? You can play, you can meditate, you can tell your cat to stop bathing and shaking the computer. You can hula hoop. You can dance. You can go on a walk, you can see your friends, Whatever it takes to feel good, do that, and you’ll forget about that thing you think you want. And then you’ll be a magnet for it.

Breathe in and celebrate. You’ve made it so far!
Breathe out and decide to enjoy your life today!

Whatever you want will come. Your job is to feel good first. That’s what attracts what you want. That’s what brings it to you—when you feel good.

Breathe out and think about those reasons you have to feel good. A home, your health. A partner, friends. Food in the fridge. The lights turn on. You have plumbing? So many reasons to feel good.

If all else fails remember only your thoughts can make you feel bad. So if you want to feel good just stop thinking. You can do silent counting or focus on your breath or think a mantra over and over or exercise, sleep—lots of ways to stop your thoughts or to get space from them.

Breathe out and remember who you are. You are not your thoughts. You are that which observes your thoughts. You’re the creator! You’re infinite intelligence! You’re the universe! You’re god in human form! You can have whatever you want!

But if you want to experience it in this physical form in the near future, all you gotta do is feel good.

Breathe in and remember: your mood is your work
Breathe out and remember: your mood is your work! Its easy!

Take a minute to think about what you want right now. Now let it go and do whatever you can to feel good and it will come.

Whatever thoughts make you feel good, make those your mantras. Whatever makes you like yourself, use that. Whatever makes you feel good right now, go towards that.
