If you start feeling afraid or irritated, or bored, you can come back to the present moment with your breath where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about. As soon as you catch yourself worrying or overthinking, go back to your breath.

Breathe out and feel relief because you know the secret to life.

The secret to life is just love and as corny or cheesy as it can sound to your mind, in your heart you know it's true. You know that you're made up of love. You know that life loves you. You know that deep down we all love each other, because we're all one.

Breathe in and feel capacity to love growing.
Breathe out and give yourself some love.

Just say, "I love myself. I love and accept myself exactly the way I am." It doesn't matter what other people think. It doesn't matter even what you think about yourself. Because at the core you are love, and no negative thought could ever overcome that love. At the core you are always safe. At the core, you are blissful.

Breathe in and peel back those layers
Breathe out and see that spark of love inside of you

That spark of love is igniting your whole life. That spark of love is inside all of us.

If you start thinking, worrying, go back to your breath.
