You’ve already taken the step to have a great day, to feel the flow, to live in alignment with who you really are. Today I have some exciting news for you. Did you know the lady who wrote the book The Secret, Rhonda Byrne, has written another book called, I think, it's The Greatest Secret. Her book, the original one, was about law of attraction. But now the new one is about awareness and non-duality, and all of the topics that I talk about in these meditations. And her one technique for living in bliss is asking, am I aware? —that she directly got from Rupert Spira.

So I just wanted to let you know that the lady who wrote The Secret, who made that major movie The Secret, all about law of attraction, who changed the world with that movie—her next book is about the power of awareness and how to live in bliss by simply asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and see how easy it can be.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

If Rhonda Byrne also uses “am I aware?” as her presence
practice to live a life of bliss, then I think we're on the right
track. We're doing something right.

Breathe in and see how you're already on the right track today.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Remember the power of this question. All you have to do to live in bliss is stop putting your attention on the thoughts and put your attention on the background of all experience, pure awareness. And you do that by asking, am I aware? When you ask this question the attention and energy leaves the torturous thoughts and returns to its source: pure awareness. By doing this, recognizing that you are awareness, resting as awareness, staying as awareness, you rejoin all that is, you stop separating yourself with thought and you remember who you really are: happiness, peace, love, joy. You're already doing it.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes, I am aware.

This is the only technique you need to reconnect with all that is, to live a life of happiness, peace, and love. And to let the magick life live you. This is how you live magickally. This is how you live in synchronicity. You stop dwelling on the torturous thoughts and you rest your attention on awareness itself and then life lives you and all the magick happens through you and you don't have to force anything or try.

Breathe in and live from the magick today.
Breathe out and step into your power.

It is your natural born right to rest as awareness and let life live you. Let life do the work. Your job is just to enjoy.
