Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts.
Let them go right now. Let yourself step into this present moment where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.
Breathe in and lighten up. It's not serious.
Breathe out and smile because smiling always helps.
You are the source of your experience. Decide right now to project what you want to receive.
Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you. I know it's in my favor.
Trust that whatever is happening is happening for you and if you ever wonder about your own decisions, just remember to say thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.
When you don't know what to do, let god replace you and then you'll know your actions are divine.
You are the source and you can go about resting as the source in two ways that work really well for me. It's either thank you—because when you say thank you and feel genuine gratitude, it's the same feeling as when you're present. It pulls you into the now and makes you appreciate what's right in front of you, whether it's a thought, emotion, or experience.
And the other route is asking “Am I aware?” That just stops the thoughts and pulls you right into pure awareness.
Take one of these paths to rest your attention on itself and that is how you rest as the source and project what you want to receive.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware I have no problems.
Thoughts are just activity. They have an up and down, it's a wave, it's subtle sound. Thoughts are always positive or negative because it's a wave and there's always the opposite created. When you rest as pure awareness, your being stands still. The wave becomes a straight line and you feel peace. When you ask “Am I aware?” you stop the polarities of thought and rest as the thing that holds it all, pure awareness.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am and when I am aware I have no problems because my mind is not agitated in polarities so I am at peace.
I'm not noticing lack with the polarities of thought so I feel happiness. The happiness is revealed and I'm not naming myself as me and you as you so there is no separation between us. We're all just awareness and that's all unconditional love is—lack of separation.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.
