You only have to take it one step at a time. You can only do this moment by moment. Even if you feel overwhelmed by a to do list, or even if there's just so much that you want to do that you don't know when you'll get a chance to do it all, you can let it all go. Because you only have to be concerned with right now.

Let your shoulders relax. Let your mind relax. Take this opportunity to rest your mind.

There's only right now. You don't have to worry about anything in the future, because it's always right now. Empty your mind and let the flow speak through you. Instead of getting overwhelmed by all that you'd like to do, bring yourself back to this moment. When you bring yourself back to this present moment, you can hear what step is next. You don't have to worry about lists. You don't have to feel stressed about how much there is to do. You can only do what you're doing right now.

Breathe in and just do what you're doing right now.
Breathe out and give this moment your complete attention.

Whatever you're doing in this moment, do it with love. Listen with love. Sit in your chair with love. Smile with love. There's only right now and you can only take it moment by moment.

Breathe out and feel relief.

If you get caught up thinking about your to do list or the future, go back to a mantra. The most productive thing you can do is be present. You can use a mantra to be present. You can say, "I love myself. I love myself. I love myself" to pull yourself back to the present moment. That way, any time you start to get overwhelmed by your to do list, just start saying "I love myself" to bring yourself back to right now. Bringing your attention to the present moment is the best thing you can do for your health, for your business, for your productivity. In the present moment, everything happens at the right time. In the present moment you'll be reminded of your next step. You won't forget anything because it will just happen in the flow without your involvement. There's no amount of action that you can take that can possibility compare to the effortlessness that life does things with.

You can only be here now. You can only do what you can do now.

There are so many reasons why pulling your attention back to this moment is good for you. You can reduce your stress and oddly get more done when you're focused on right here, right now.
