lyrics

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

I don't know. I don't anything about anything. I'm fresh to this moment. This moment is new. You can look at everything around you as if looking at it for the first time. I don't know about my spice cabinet. I don't know what's in there, anything could be in there. I don't know what's in my email, anything could be in there. I don't know. I don't know who I am. I don't know who you are. And we are free.

Breathe in and be free.
Breathe out and be free.

You don't have to know. You don't have to think. When you think you know, you know you're thinking. You don't know. And that's the perfect state to be in. Before you enter into any situation today, say "I don't know, anything could happen." All your built up thought patterns about your life, about your spice cabinet, about your gym, about your school, about your job--you don't know. Today is new. This moment is new. Anything could happen. The solution could be right in front of you if you don't know.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and let yourself be free.

You don't know what your partner's like. You don't know what the food's going to taste like. You have no idea about anything outside of this moment. Even this moment, you don't know. But you ARE. You are this moment. When you don't know, you can explore. When you don't know, you can feel excited. When you don't know, you can be free.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and look at right now with new eyes.

Everything is new. You don't look at things very much usually because you have a list in your head about what's supposed to be here and what it's supposed to be like. Patterns, expectations, shortcuts. You've trained your mind into making everything into a shortcode so you don't have to spend too much time on it. Why look at the wooden box when you know what's in it, you know it's a wooden box? You don't know. You could stare at that wooden box for 9 years, and you still wouldn't know.

Breathe in and be.
Breathe out and know that the solution is that you don't know.
