Breathe in and raise your vibration
Breathe out and release your resistance

Breathe in and raise your vibration
Breathe out and release your resistance

Welcome to the Now. Where you get to relax. And be at peace with what is.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and relax.

Breathe slowly and deeply and watch every breath.

Be at peace with what is. Be happy with what you have. It's not about having everything you want, but wanting everything you have. No matter what it is, good or bad, whether you want more of it or less of it, say to yourself, "I wanted this. I want this. I want what I have."

Breathe in and trust the flow.
Breathe out and relax.

Be here now. Smile. Focus on your breath.

No matter what it is, try to be happy with it. No matter what is. If you don't like it, just say you're happy with it. I'm so happy with what I have. It turns every bit of contrast into a project or a present that's unfolding for you. And everything you do want, it only grows it.

Breathe in and be happy with what you have.
Breathe out and decide to want everything you have.

You're letting go of so much. You're doing a great job. This is your time. Life is taking care of you.

Breathe in and feel free!
Breathe out and feel creative.

You're in control. You control by letting go. You control by wanting what you have. You control by saying yes. You control by smiling and breathing.

Breathe in
Breathe out

Not only do you want everything you have, but now you have everything that you want.
