Inside of you there is an endless ocean of love and peace. It feels so good, like the best drugs, like the best relationship, the most delicious food, the best sex. It's inside of you. You can go in there anytime. It's so easy to go in there! You just stop thinking! That's it! That's the key.

Breathe in and know your natural state is feeling good.
Breathe out and celebrate this day because you're here to have fun, not think about problems.

This day is going to be the best day of your life! Everything ever created lead up to right now! Isn't that crazy?! This is it, this is heaven! This right now. This is god, speaking to you. This is god looking back at you. Everything around you is living consciousness. You can hear it. You can listen to it. It's talking to you. Well it's really more like you can feel it.
