Your Suffering Could Be Over Right Now

lyrics

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and keep relaxing your body.
Breathe out and feel your mind slow down as you slow your breath down.

Breathe in and feel lighter already.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Go to the source of the I thought. From where does the “I” thought arise?

Breathe in and be done with problems.
Breathe out and recognize: if you stay identified with your thoughts, you will always have a problem.

Go to the source of the thoughts, the source of the “I”. And keep your attention there. It will dissolve the thoughts and you will no longer suffer your problems.

Breathe in and think: I.
Breathe out and say it: I.

Where is the I coming from? Try noticing a few thoughts. “I want this to be over. I want a solution to that fucking problem. I want to express how angry I am that once one problem is solved, another one pops up right away!” Notice these I thoughts. All thoughts start from the I thought. The I thought creates the universe. But we think we are the I that’s saying, “I’m so embarrassed. I wish I had done this differently. I can’t believe I let that happen.”

All of these I thoughts, assuming I’m the doer, I’m responsible. But if you repeat the letter I to yourself, I I I, and look from where it comes from, you see it comes out of nowhere! That’s not even the point. The point is that if you’re watching where it comes from, the thought itself doesn’t matter. Your attention is fixated on the thing that doesn’t change! The timeless thing that is never born and is never going to die!

Breathe in and notice from where the I thought arises!
Breathe out and surrender. Just entertain the possibility that your suffering could be over right now!

Breathe in and notice from where does the I thought arise?
Breathe out and realize you can forget about all the mantras, all the attention training, all the presence practice, all the meditation—you can get rid of all of the seeker’s journey right now.

Breathe in and notice from where does the I thought arise?
Breathe out and really investigate right now: I. I’m impatient. I. I. I’m noticing my thoughts.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts.
Breathe out and look at where they’re coming from!

Look where the I is coming from. Where is it coming from?

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, I.

I. I. I. It’s coming from nowhere. Keep your attention on the point of nowhere where the I is coming from, the mystery, the infinite, it will swallow you! It’s so immense. The I thought is coming from nothing. Stay with that mystery and the thoughts about problems dissolve. There is no problem when your attention is on the infinite.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, I.

I. i. I. I hope recording this made some magick and resolved that problem. The I thoughts, they keep coming. But just notice where the I is coming from and the problems no longer matter!

Breathe in and notice: from where does the I thought arise?
Breathe out and look. What is the source of I?

Keep looking. Keep looking. Keep looking. And let the infinite swallow you and your problems.

Breathe in and be so relieved.
Breathe out and don’t let anything affect you ever again!
