Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Today, we’re focusing on forgiveness. According to _A Course in Miracles_, forgiveness is all you need to cure your body, love your life, love all the people in it, be reunited with god, exist in your Right Mind. So let’s try it out.
Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and welcome new ideas
Decide to forgive yourself today. You don’t have to forgive anyone else, just yourself.
Breathing in I forgive myself
Breathing out I forgive myself
I forgive myself for being impatient. I forgive myself for being judgmental. I forgive myself for not taking better care of myself. I forgive myself for being lazy. I forgive myself for resisting. I forgive myself for not acting out of love instead of fear. I forgive myself for not being good enough. I forgive myself for numbing, hiding, resisting.
Breathe in and say, “I forgive myself”
Breathe out and forgive yourself
As you go about your day, let, “I forgive myself” be your mantra. There’s something to forgive in nearly every moment.
Breathe in and enter your Right Mind
Breathe out and feel yourself becoming closer to your source
All you have to forgive is all those time you became ego identified instead of love identified. Any time you feel any sort of discomfort whatsoever, you’re operating out of fear instead of love.
Breathing in I forgive myself for operating out of fear
Breathing out I forgive myself for complaining about complaining
Even if you’re complaining about complaining, you’re still complaining.
Breathing in I forgive myself
Breathing out I deserve forgiveness
Breathing I forgive myself
Breathing out I am forgiven
I forgive myself for being ego-identified, for believing in lack, for believing in competition, for believing in comparison and separateness. Separation is just an illusion.
Breathing in I forgive myself
Breathing out I forgive myself
Breathing in I forgive myself
Breathing out I forgive myself for feeling bad!
I forgive myself for being in my mind. I forgive myself for thinking negative thoughts about everything. I forgive myself for looking at people with fear and hate instead of love. I forgive myself for not being good enough, for just creating that idea that I’m not good enough. Maybe I am good enough to my dad! Who knows? I’m too afraid to ask! I forgive myself for being afraid! (Really, do I? And there’s the work, to really forgive yourself for being afraid.)
Breathing in I forgive myself for being afraid
Breathing out I forgive myself for not loving myself more
Breathing in I forgive myself
Breathing out I forgive myself
Breathing in I forgive myself for being too sensitive
Breathing out I forgive myself for not being good enough!
Breathing in I forgive myself for not supporting myself
Breathing out I forgive myself for not wanting to work harder
Breathing in I forgive myself for being too soft
Breathing out I forgive myself for not saying what I want more
Breathing in I forgive myself
Breathing out I forgive myself
This is your work today! Just forgive yourself. And life will feel better and you’ll understand more why you act the way you do. And eventually you’ll be able to look at other people with just love! Maybe even yourself!
Breathing in I forgive myself!
Breathing out I am forgiven!
