Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body.
Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and smile because life isn’t serious!
You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. You did everything right. Everything ever created led up to right now.
Breathe in and feel the magick of this moment.
Breathe out and know that even when life is tragic, and annoying, and disastrous, it’s still just for fun.
We’re here to enjoy being alive, and when we have huge global problems or tiny household problems, they exist so we know what we want. And we wouldn’t know what we want if the problems weren’t there. That’s the whole fun of life—finding out what you want and then the process of getting it. That’s it. That’s the expansion of life. Things go wrong, what do you prefer, and then that thing is created.
Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “What’s my problem?”
My problem is I can’t stop feeling like the world’s going to end in 10 years and we’re going to have to fight for water. Now ask yourself, “What is this problem making me ask for?”
Breathe in and ask yourself, “What’s this problem making me ask for?”
Breathe out and ponder what it is that the contrast is creating.
For me, it’s creating a world that continues past 10 years and enough water for everyone. Isn’t it nice to think that? The world’s not going to end in 10 years. There’s going to be plenty of water for everyone. There will be solutions. If we didn’t have this major contrast, we couldn’t have major solutions.
We can choose to be scared or we can choose to focus on feeling good and focus on looking for evidence of what we want and focus on the solutions.
Breathe in and remember your power.
Breathe out and relax.
Even when the whole world has you convinced that there’s nothing we can do, there is something you can do right now, and it is FEEL GOOD. That is what starts attracting the solutions.
Breathe in and decide to feel good today!
Breathe out and start feeling better already!
The better you feel, the better thoughts you’ll attract, the more inspiration you’ll find. Maybe you’ll invent the solution for everyone to have enough water. When you feel good, the miracles come. The more people that feel good, the better off the whole world is. What if you can help someone else feel good today?
Breathe in and intend to help someone else feel good today!
Breathe out and feel relieved, because when you help someone else feel good, it helps you feel good, so then two people are feeling good. The more we can all feel good, the more solutions we can all attract.
Breathe in and feel your vibration rising!
Breathing out and feel your resistance releasing.
The solutions are waiting for us. We don’t have to worry and cry and struggle about the problems any more. We can choose to face our fears and feel good anyway.
We can choose to get some space just for a minute from our worries. And when we choose to feel better, the better-feeling thoughts come. In the better-feeling thoughts are the global solutions that we need.
Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and trust.
When you feel good, the answers come.
Devote yourself to feeling good today and helping other people feel good today. And if you help other people feel good, you’ll feel good and the solutions will reveal themselves.
Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck.
Breathing in the answers are already here.
Breathing out you are the solution!
