Your mind naturally wants to worry. It wants to keep you safe. But it’s a relic from an old time that you don’t need to participate in any more. Worrying does not help you. It does not prevent bad things from happening. Worrying just robs you of your presence and takes you out of the Now.

Breathe out and surrender! Let those worries go! Who cares if what you’re worried about happens. You don’t have to care!

You don’t have to care! You can choose to be light! You can choose to not be worried!

Breathe out and decide not to care if what you’re worried about happens or not! Because you can feel good regardless of what happens.

The better you feel, the better thoughts you attract, the better manifestations you experience! But really the point of feeling good is just to feel good. The point of life is just to have fun. The point of this moment is just to be.

You get to decide. You are the creator. If you want there to be more of a point to life, you get to make it. If you want to find meaning in your day, you get to create it.

You want that alcohol and you want that drug and you want that person and you want that money! None of it is the cause of your happiness. You are the source of your happiness and you can choose it right now without the alcohol, without the drug, without the money, without the person. You can choose it.

When you choose to love yourself, you are your reason for feeling good. You don’t need to be loved by the alcohol or the money or the person.

Let your attachments go. Just because your mind keeps telling you, “Alcohol would feel good. Alcohol will solve everything” doesn’t mean it’s true.

Just listen to your thoughts and give them love. Dear thought that says, “I want a drink,” I love you. I welcome you into my consciousness. Dear thought that says, “I don’t have enough money,” I love you. I welcome you into my consciousness. Dear thought that says, “My parents don’t love me or approve of me!” I love you and I welcome you into my consciousness. Dear thought that says, “My work’s not good enough!” I love you and I welcome you into my consciousness. Dear thought that says, “I’m worried about what if something comes along and ruins my day or this video!” I love you and I welcome you into my consciousness.

You’re only human and the thoughts that you think are natural. But you do have the choice to stand up to your thoughts. You can stand up to your thoughts with love.

Dear thought that says, “I have too much to do today!” I love you and I welcome you into my consciousness. Dear thought that says, “I’m hungry and I don’t feel well,” I love you and I welcome you into my consciousness. Dear thought that says, “I’m so annoyed with life!” I love you and I welcome you into my consciousness.

Breathe in and surround your thoughts with love
Breathe out and welcome your thoughts into your consciousness. When you don’t resist your thoughts, they don’t persist. When you don’t make them such a big deal, they’re free to go about their business and leave your consciousness.
