lyrics

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and let go of your worries. We’re just here for fun! It is not serious!

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and take just a moment to feel grateful for all you have in front of you.

Gratitude is what attracts more to us. And if we choose to feel grateful for what we have, it makes us a magnet for more.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Yes!
Thank you!

If you have anything in your life, right now, that you need a miracle for, it’s time to start looking forward to your miracle-making capabilities!

Breathe in and believe in yourself!
Breathe out and turn on the power of your singular focus!

Whatever problem you may have, whether it’s your health or money, relationships or career—they can all be solved with a singular focus.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and feel your power concentrating, right here, right now.

Your singular focus can solve all of your problems because it’s only your thoughts that push away what you want. When you let go of your thoughts, you can see, life is handing you what you want, constantly.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of your worries, your fears, your anxieties—anything that you’re thinking about. It’s time to let it go and choose a singular focus instead!

Breathe in and collect your attention.
Breathe out and step into this present moment.

A singular focus keeps your attention off of your worries and puts it onto this moment, right here, right now. In the present moment, everything is perfect and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathing in, I am at peace with the present moment.
Breathing out, I am commanding the power of my singular focus!

To concentrate your power and make miracles, just choose one single thing to put your attention on. Silent counting, your breath, an affirmation or a chant or mantra. The mantra “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” is what I always use to work miracles in my own life. Now choose something that feels powerful to you and keep your attention on that singular focus only. Anytime you start worrying just think,

“I have the power to work miracles and I’m choosing to put my attention on my singular focus instead of worrying and making it worse!”

Now, decide right now what your singular focus will be. And also, sometimes silent counting can focus your attention enough so that your mantra or affirmation works. So if you feel scattered, try silent counting first. Count to 1000 or so. And then when you are really in the moment of facing your challenge that you want a miracle for, devote all of your attention to your mantra or affirmation or your breath.

Breathe in and concentrate your attention.
Breathe out and feel how powerful you are!

You are the creator. Now place all of your attention right now, on chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo”—the Buddhist chant that means, “I devote myself to the mystic law of cause and effect.” Your thoughts are creating your reality and this is the highest thought you can think.

Nam myoho renge kyo.
Nam myoho renge kyo.
Nam myoho renge kyo.
Nam myoho renge kyo.

Just think that to yourself over and over and over while you’re working your miracles. And you will see life really is the way you want it to be!
