Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body. Let go of your worries. Let go of your thoughts outside of the now.
Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”
Lately I’ve found myself being very critical of the people around me and the world I live in. And I remembered it’s because I don’t love myself—or I’m not actively practicing loving myself. When you’re having a hard time looking at the world, and you feel a lot of hate, and you want to criticize and complain, remember that it all starts within. And the cure is loving yourself.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
You must become what you want to see. It is true you must be the change you wish to see.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
It’s time to let go of your awareness of all the wrong things that you see, that you want to yell at and criticize and tell them they’re wrong and get them out of your life. The answer is so much simpler than forcing things out of your life experience. You can allow love to flow simply by giving it to yourself.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
When you notice yourself criticizing, ask yourself, “Have I been criticizing myself a lot lately?” I know I have! Allow yourself to open up to this love that only you can give. No one else can give you this cure. No one else can change your perspective for you.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
I don’t give a fuck about what’s happening outside of me, when I know it’s just reflecting the chaos and turmoil within.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
If you’ve noticed yourself beating yourself up lately, or wanting to beat up people outside of you, it’s just a reflection of how you’re treating yourself. And you must be kinder to yourself, if you want to live in a kinder reality.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
It’s sucks to realize you’ve been hurting yourself, but it’s empowering to know that the control is in your hands. You can shift your perspective right now, today, to love from fear.
Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
And if that doesn’t quite get to the root, try it from a 3rd person perspective, from the perspective of your higher self who always loves you. Source energy knows you’re doing your best. Infinite intelligence knows it’s hard out here on the leading edge! You’re so brave for being here.
If you want it to feel like it’s coming from something a little bit more outside of you, say your name and then, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Even though you’re treating yourself unkindly, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Even though you have these patterns that seem really hard to break, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive you exactly the way you are.
Breathing in I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
It’s hard to think that you could loved the way you are when you don’t treat yourself right. But that’s the way to start treating yourself better. By loving yourself the way you are, right now, today, without changing a thing. When you start giving yourself love the way you are, you’ll start seeing those reflections. It will get easier to make choices that are good for you.
Breathing in I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
