As you go about your day, shift yourself into receiving mode. Relax and allow yourself to receive instead of taking action and trying and doing and forcing. All you have to do to receive everything you’ve ever wanted is think one tiny thought, over and over: Thank you!

Thank you. Thank you Thank you. Think it constantly, as often as you can, and let it pull you into the present moment. Think thank you while you’re brushing your teeth: thank you for the water, thank you for the tooth brush, thank you for the toothpaste. While you’re doing the dishes: thank you for the water, thank you for the dishes, thank you for the soap, thank you for my hands. While you’re doing your work: thank you for my computer. Thank you for this pen, thank you for the paper. Shift yourself into this attitude of gratitude: thank you, thank you, thank you. That puts you into receiving mode. That enables you to receive more and attract more to be grateful for and attract all the things you want.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Instead of forcing action into the world, force yourself to think this one thought; that’s the only action you have to take.

If you were to just think that one thought for the rest of your life, you would live a very happy life receiving everything you’ve ever wanted. You would be constantly bringing yourself back to the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Thank you thank you. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this technology. Thank you for this food, for this air, for the opportunity to be alive at this time! Thank you for the balance in the world. Thank you for my health, thank you for the love that I receive. Thank you for helping me love myself. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

You’re always connected to that which made you. You’re always connected to the bigger picture. You’re always connected to that which gives. You’re always connected to source energy and you can return to it and remember it at any moment, just by saying thank you.
