Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body.
Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
This is the best day of your life! You’re doing everything right! Today, your only work is to feel good, and you’re already on that path.
Breathe in and decide to feel good!
Breathe out and decide to let what you want come to you!
You don’t chase things, they come to you!
Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.
It doesn’t matter if you get what you want. You can feel good right now. Do you ever want drugs because then if you have drugs, you can go do anything and you’ll feel good anyway? I used to feel like that. I would have a pill or whatever. And as long as I had my supply of pills, I could go do anything. I could do any work, because I would feel good anyway. We can do that naturally, just by taking a break from thinking—getting some distance from our thoughts. That’s all drugs do anyway, right? They make you feel good and then you’re focused on feeling good instead of worrying.
Breathe in and decide to focus on feeling good instead of worrying
Breathe out and decide right now you’re going to feel good regardless of your circumstance.
Right now, let’s take a symbolic drug, so that for the rest of the fay, no matter what happens, we’ll still feel good because we’re on our symbolic drug together.
Breathe in and relax
Breathe out and decide to have fun
Ok, time to take our pill. Today I will take a pill that makes me feel like I love myself and it makes me feel good and it makes me feel playful and fun and wild! And it helps me not give a fuck! Her’s my symbolic drug, and here’s one for you.
Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and let what you want come to you
Now you’re on your self-love, feeling-good, not-giving-a-fuck drug. No matter what happens the rest of the day, you’re going to feel good anyway.
Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out ad say thank you!
YES!
THANK YOU!
Now, if you want to remember the feeling of this symbolic drug, If you want to remember you took it, if you want to get back to that feeling you feel, that good, loving-yourself not-giving-a-fuck feeling, you just take a break from thinking. You can do that by following your breath with this easy, I suppose it’s Buddhist, mantra:
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
Every time you do this, every time you think this mantra, remember your drug. Remember your loving-yourself, not-giving-a-fuck, feeling-good drug you took
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
The reason that mantra works is that it brings your attention into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Your breath can always pull you back to the present moment. Your breath can always remind you that you can feel good no matter what happens.
Your natural state is feeling good. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. So if you’re focused on your breath, you have no choice but to feel good.
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
Let go of your preferences. Let go of your worries. Decide today you’re going to feel good no matter what.
Breathing in I love myself
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck
Breathing in I am a powerful witch
Breathing out I live the magick life
Just remember your feeling-good drug is accessible at any time with
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
