lyrics

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let go of your worries. Everything is unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and remember the meaning of life
Breathe out and relax

You’re just here to have fun! You’re just here to enjoy the experience of being alive.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and surrender your desires, surrender your worries, surrender to whatever you’re feeling right now

Ask yourself, “What am I feeling right now?” I’m feeling anxious but calm. I guess you can feel both at the same time.

Breathe in and feel what your feeling
Breathe out and decide to not be afraid of what you’re feeling

When you choose to look at it, you bring light to it. You purify it. You release its hold on you. Just look at it, it’s not that scary.

Breathe in and decide to feel better
Breathe out and know that the choice is yours

You’re not trying to numb or cover up what you already feel, but once you acknowledge it, look at it, make peace with it, surrender to it, you can choose something better, something different.

Breathe in and think about what you want
Breathe out and decide how that would make you feel if you got what you want

If I got what I wanted, I would feel bliss, satisfaction, untouchable peace, unconditional love. I’d feel good no matter what happened.

Breathe in and decide to feel the way you want to feel
Breathe out and remember your power as the creator

When you experience contrast or problems, just ask yourself, “What is this contrast making me ask for?” My contrast is that I let myself get hooked on things outside of myself and let them be my reason for feeling good. And then when I don’t have them anymore, I use that as an excuse to feel bad. What it’s making me ask for is, to feel good regardless, on my own. To be my reason for feeling good. To not look outside of myself for feeling good, for validation, for approval, for bliss.

Breathe in and ask for what you want. I want to be my reason for feeling good!
Breathe out and relax. You’ve asked for what you want. Now trust it’s coming!

Breathe in and feel relaxed
Breathe out and let your desires, your worries, your fears, let them all go

Decide to step into the present moment where all of your power lies. No matter what your problems are, if you stopped thinking you wouldn’t have them anymore. Only your mind decides that something is good or bad or a problem or solution. If you let yourself step into this present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let yourself just be present right here.

We try to solve our problems with thinking, but in the present moment there are no problems.

Breathe in and make presence a priority today
Breathe out and feel better already

Your natural state is feeling good. You were born to feel good. It’s your birthright. Only our minds make us feel like we have problems. Only our thoughts can make us feel bad. All you have to do to feel better is wake up, become present. Look around you! You’re already in paradise!

Breathe in and wake up!
Breathe out and surrender!

In the present moment, you already are at peace with what is. In the present moment everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in I love myself
Breathing out I love myself

But even thinking “I love myself” can get us caught up in our minds. To enter the present moment, just go back to your breath:

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out
