Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

This is the best day of your life! And today, we're going to make a paradise.

Breathe in and open up to creating paradise!
Breathe out and let paradise come to you!

If you want to live in a paradise, you must first create a paradise within you.

Breathe in and make it a paradise inside of you.
Breathe out and feel that paradise creating your reality!

Go within and feel your inner body.

Breathe in and feel your inner body.
Breathe out and look around. What's it like inside your inner body?

Now, decide to make it a paradise in there. What would that entail, making it a paradise inside of you?

Breathe in and make it a paradise in there.
Breathe out and feel what it feels like to make it a paradise inside of you.

To me there is no anxiety, there is no fear. There's hardly any scrolling! Making it a paradise in here means... it's a feeling, it's not a thought. It's tranquility. It's peace. But it's also thrilling and passionate and fun!

Breathe in and make it a paradise in there!
Breathe out and feel your reality growing into a paradise, right now!

When you go about your day, focused on your inner body, making it a paradise in there, you won't even care about what your external reality looks like. And when you let go of caring about what external reality looks like, it starts forming into that paradise you're feeling inside!

Breathe in and make it a paradise in there!
Breathe out and let your paradise grow and grow and grow!

There are infinite places to explore in your internal paradise!

Breathe in and make it a paradise in there.
Breathe out and let that be your affirmation today.

Making it a paradise in here. I'm making it a paradise in here. Allow yourself to just ponder what that means. See what comes to you. See what it feels like to make your own paradise inside of you. Get excited about it because it will be so much more fun to be you. You will care so much less about the outside circumstances of your life, that the outside circumstances of your life will have no choice but to become exactly the paradise you want!
