lyrics

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and let go of your seeking.

In my mind, I’m constantly looking for something else, the next thing to make me feel better. Should I go eat something? Should I go drink something? Should I go take something? Should I go smoke something? What can I do to escape the moment?

Breathe in and just let yourself be here now.
Breathe out and stop trying to escape the moment.

Decide to make peace with where you are and what you’re doing. Decide to be full with what you have. Decide you don’t need anything outside of you to feel better!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Step outside of your thoughts right now, into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and just let yourself be here now.

Pull your attention away from your fantasies. Pull your attention away from your thoughts. Let yourself just be here now.

Breathe in and lighten up because it’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

Sure, you might like to eat something or drink something or take something or smoke something to feel better, but what if you let go of all of those desires and just let yourself be?

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

When all we want to do is escape the moment, the easiest way to go back to the on and off, the in and out, the yes and no, the formula of life, the black and white, is to go back to your breath. Focusing your attention on your breath can keep your mind off of your compulsive, addictive thinking.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

You don’t have to think about what you’re going to do next or say next. You can let yourself relax. It takes courage to relax!

Breathe in and relax!
Breathe out and smile! It’s really not serious!

You’re letting yourself relax. You’re letting yourself just be here now. Now let yourself think about what you want, so that when you take your attention and put it fully on the present moment, you open up the space for what you want to come.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and name it: “What do I want?”

I want to feel energized and playful! What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine how it would feel to get what you want.
Breathe out and don’t think about the how of how you’re going to get what you want.

All that matters is practicing the feeling of what you want. And when you can practice the feeling, you’re getting what you ultimately want. You just want it because it will make you feel a certain way. If you can choose to feel that way first, you don’t need the manifestation. And when you don’t need the manifestation, it comes to you.

Breathe in and open up to having fun today!
Breathe out and let go of those worries!

You can and you will have fun today because you have taken the time to center yourself and be present. You’ve taken the time to focus on your breath just a little bit, and take some time away from thinking.

Breathe in and celebrate! This is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and relax! You don’t have to do anything for things to keep getting better and better and better!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Everything you want is on its way. Devote yourself to your breath and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
