I love myself.” Imagine each time you say I love myself, that that sentence is a healing balm, a healing salve, a potion that’s healing you, that’s making you whole again, that’s helping you remember your power of instantaneous healing. You can choose right now that you’re getting better!

Imagine that part of yourself. Imagine you healing yourself: I love myself. I love myself. I love myself. I love myself.

Like tiny little cupid’s arrows, gently striking, penetrating that part of your body, that part of your soul.

Breathe in and feel your body healing already!
Breathe out and know that if you believe that will work, it will work!
