Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome to a new now! Welcome to the best day of your life. Clear your mind. Smile. Just breathe.

Sometimes things go so fast. You like it that way, but then you start thinking they're going too fast, so you slow yourself down.

One way to stay caught up is to enter the now.

Breathe in and see what's right in front of you.
Breathe out and be up for the challenge.

Decide to be present today. Decide to be here now.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let go of your resistance. You don't need it.

Decide right now that you're bringing yourself back to center, refocusing and placing your attention on what you want.

Breathe in and know you're back,
Breathe out and know your power.

You are so powerful. You just have to concentrate. Everyone has a spectrum of attention. You get to choose where you place your attention. You get to choose how much you focus. Concentrate your power on anything, it doesn't matter what you concentrate on.

Breathe in and concentrate.
Breathe out and bring all of your attention to right now.

This moment is all there is. It's pretty likely that you've been living in fantasy world of future and past quite a bit today. Pull yourself back to right now, where everything is working out. The Now is joyful. The Now is fun. The Now is light. The Now is what we have. You can come back from the past or the future now!

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and congratulate yourself for centering yourself. For doing the work. For being your reason for feeling good.

You've come so far. You're doing great work. Keep going. Keep being your reason for feeling good. You can do it. You're the best. Just keep saying it, "I can do it, I'm the best!"
